So i finished the 30 days. I did not hit my goal weight of 158 lbs, but i did hit 162. Close enough for me since i gained a ton of muscle! I decided half way through to try some great work outs involving some pretty intense routines with weights. I also changed up my diet by adding in a breakfast consiting of a cereal called muesli(grains, raisins, nuts, seeds, etc). Not a ton of flavor but gave me incredible amounts of energy. I also was having 6 eggs with it. Seems like a lot, however it was 2 yolks, the rest egg whites. Great protein!! I snacked on almonds, added veggies throughout the day and eve. Fiber, fiber, and more fiber. Made all the difference in the world. Ive never seen such a drastic change in my body over a short period of time.
